The Process

1. Initial Call

It starts with reaching out so that I can schedule a 15 min call to hear more about you and what your goals are. I want to bring more clarity to what I do, and mutually decide together if an evaluation would be appropriate.

2. Initial Evaluation

During this 1-hr initial evaluation we look to:

1) Uncover the root of any dysfunction

2) Establish a performance baseline to track progress

3) Establish healthy expectations for a personalized training program or plan of care.

4) Start you off with a few starter interventions to begin with.

3. Establish Plan of Care

After the initial evaluation, we want to develop a plan of care that is targeted towards your specific goals and limitations. The plan should consist of targeted movements to be performed at home with established frequency and parameters.

4. Follow Up

Throughout the plan of care, follow-up visits will allow for further hands-on intervention, practical reinforcement, re-assessment, and updated progressions. The amount and frequency of follow-ups will naturally vary according to the plan decided upon by you and myself

5. Sky’s the Limit

The sky really is the limit when it comes to developing your body. The key is simply progressing in an efficient manner over a consistent enough period of time. How far you go depends upon your personal goals and priorities.

The only end-game is your satisfaction. You can take your development however far you want to.
